This service is for the people outside Japan who wish to buy something from Japan. Please send your inquiry by email. We will reply availablitity.We work as your PERSONAL SHOPPER in Japan.

ORDER INFORMATION

1. Free Quotation

Please let me know what you want from Japan by email. Our email address is jshop@bfinfo.com
If you find it on the web, please send the url. If you find it in a magazine, please send the name of the magazine and the picture of the page. When we find out what you want, we will reply quotation if they are available.

2. How to Order

If you accept the quotation, please reply and we will inform you how to proceed your payment.

3. Payment

We accept VISA, Master, American Express, Diners and JCB Card.
You can pay by Paypal.
We also accept Bank Wire Transfer. Additional Japanese bank charge will be added. All bank charges are your responsibility.
All orders must be pre-paid.
Large order must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer.

4. Delivery

Usually we ship by EMS (Japan Post Express mail).
We ship your merchandise as soon as we receive your order and payment.
If you prefer other shipping method, please ask us when you order.

5. Shipping charge

Shipping charge is varies by shipping method, weight, volume and destination.

6. Handling charge

Our handling is 15% of order total incl. shipping charge.
Minimum handling charge is 1000yen per order.

7. Your Responsibility

Our service is to purchase what you order at a Japanese shop and ship them to your shipping address.
After we purchase, we can't accept cancelation by any reason.
All duties, taxes and imprort/export restrictions are all your responsibility. Even if the parcel is returned by any reason, we can't pay back.

8. Ebay Procedure (Optional)

If you want to proceed your order through eBay, we can list the item you order in eBay market. Additional 10% handling charge is required.
